Ex broke my window during an argument, now he refuses to pay. What can I do?
Two months ago my ex broke the window to my apartment bedroom. He said he would pay for it. i just received the bill, but now he refuses to pay. Is there anything I can do to make him pay? Is it too late to file a police report?

my apartment bedrooms does not have any light source?
I am so frustrated right now! I thought we found the perfect apartment, everything looked great, but there was one thing we overlooked. There is no light source in our bedrooms. You know how mostly every house and apartment has a light installed on their bedroom ceiling, well this apartment doesnt. I contacted them as soon as I realized this, and they said we can use a lamp since there is an outlet or buy some sort of kit that we can put on our ceiling without digging a whole. Aside from the bedrooms, I'm happy with everything else. Does anyone know how I can fix this? She was talking about a kit that I can put on my ceiling that has 3 bulbs, I dont know what that is. Does anyone in here have an idea on what she is talking about? Thanks Does a wireless wall switch require me to dig a hole in the wall? I will be in trouble with the apartment people if I had to (sigh).

What else was I suppose to do?
Okay so me and my girlfriend was hanging out all day today we hung out from 11:00 to 6:00 so yeah all day. I was gonna be there for a while longer. But she was sitting in her room talking on her phone to a friend. Today is her last day here ): witch sucks (her parents pick her up tommarrow to go back to florida) But anyways she was sitting in her apartment bedroom talking to one of her friends on the phone, I was sitting in the kitchen of the apartment crying with today being her last day. She never turned about to even see if I was ok so I left. I get online and she had a comment up "disappointed.. once again". Whatelse was I suppose to do? She was not listening to me about getting off the phone, I wanted to be with her for the rest of the day and she just seemed to want to talk to her friend ): so what was i suppose to do??? K, I was crying cause today is her last day here... She is my girlfriend and she is leaving back to her hometown for awhile. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO?
