I was wondering what the average monthly bills for a house hold are.?
Me and my boyfriend want to move out from my parents house and buy a apartment/house/duplex, I'm trying to calculate how much I can borrow from the bank but I have never lived out of home before and I have no idea what, gas, water, electricity, rates, Internet, and anything else cost. I have a really good budget set up already for everything I spend right now but I don't know how to add in these other expenses. I looked every where online and all I get is answers from different countries. I live in Canberra Australia and I hope someone can help.

Traces of ammonia used to clean floor were found on defendants shoes
A clerk in the store said he witnessed the two victims get shot/
The Defense:
He testified he didnt commit crime
Defendants testified the money found in his room was his savings from 2 months
He said ammonia from his shoes could have been found from a diff place cuz he was a delivery man
He said he never fired a gun in his life.
How is this related to internal and external validity and exampples please?

Should I be worried and do something?
Well, it just started like 10 minutes ago. My precious cat Shadow was no where to be seen. I walked around the house and found him, underneath a truck. He got back inside so I fed him. Then, bout 5 minutes later, no Shadow! I went back outside and there he was! I BELIEVE he is indoors and safe right now. I did not let him out the first time, as I was sleeping. Maybe a family member did, brother, mom, dad. But none of them THOUGHT they did. Second time I accidentally left the door open, but it only leads to a hallway, not fully outdoors. The door in the hallway was closed. I don't get how he got out. All I can think of is either someone else opened the hallway door (I live in an apartment house, maybe someone else living here was leaving), or I'm thinking maybe there is another way outside that we don't know of/see. He is safe right now, I just saw him. But I'm being kind of worried so I'm not sure what I should do. As you can tell he is an indoor cat so he should not be outdoors. I don't know if I'm being to worried and that someone accidentally let him out, but I just don't want it happening again. Should I do something or just forget about it cause it's 9:44pm. Thanks anyways.
Thanks guys, I got him back inside the house :)

Potty training a puppy?
I am planning on getting a puppy this summer. I am not sure if I am going to be living in an apartment or rent house yet, so I am kind of looking for help on potty training a puppy in an apartment just in case. I am a college student, and I have been reading up on crate training and what not. I don't mind doing this, but if I am living in an apartment, what should I do when I'm not home? I usually take 15 hours in the Fall and Spring, but will be taking less during the summer, around 6 or 9. What should I do with the puppy while I am in class and don't have anywhere outside to put the puppy?
I've looked at things like the wizdog, which I thought was stupid, and looked at the Potty Training Puppy Apartment. I liked the idea to use the PTPA while I was gone to class, but I am still unsure. I am kind of lost and haven't found a great answer online. I want my dog to go potty outside, but while I am gone top class and have the dog inside the apartment/house, I want a designated spot for it to go potty, not just some random place in the floor. I will have a pen for it, with it's crate and bed. What should I do?
Thanks for the help.

Can I put a pee pad in its play pen, which has it's crate and etc., For when I'm gone to class, and then when I get back take the puppy out? Will this confuse the puppy? I haven't enrolled yet, meaning I might have a break between classes allowing me to go let the puppy out, but I don't know yet. What should I do?
