Well, i am searching for a apartment/condo/townhouse for a family of three to live in. On this site called apartment hunters, i found an apartment that i liked and it was at an affordable price too! But the problem is, you have to be a member to see all the details like the address, phone number and etc. They explain only the price and bedrooms. Well your asking then register to be a member? Well, in order to be a member you have to pay $49.99 when you register. Shocking! Okay this is a burden to ask this on here but I'm in a desperate situation. If someone is a member in there would you mind looking up the details for me? I will give the link and everything! Thank you! You'll be a lifesaver! or if some other people know some good sites, please let me know. :D

Im movin 2 Little Rock n a couple of months I'm using Apartment Hunters anyone use them before? how are they?
i"m moving to Little Rock, AR in a couple of months. I'm using this company by the name of Apartment Hunters that helps you find an apartment and allows you to rent under a corporate rate. I can't find any reviews on them online. Has anyone used them before? If so, can you tell me how it was doing business with them? Did they live up to your expectations?

Is there such a thing as a professional apartment hunter ?
I see real estate agents for homes and condos, but what if you want someone to look for an apartment for you. There are so many apartments and apartment complexes that it becomes confusing and would take so much time and gas to check out each apartment you look up on line. I have checked on line, but do not see any listings for apartment hunters. I have just put in "Apartment hunters" on line, but it just takes me to sites like "Rent.com" or real estate agents for homes. I live in the Dallas, Tx area. Thank you for any suggestions.

What information should a first time apartment hunter find out about places to rent?
I'm planning to live in an apartment while I'm in college but as this is my first time looking for an apartment, I don't know what kind of information to ask or what things I may overlook. What should I know or what should I ask the landlords about their apartments before I make my decision about where to live? Also, I'd rather not be taken advantage of... Would landlords be helpful and help me with the information I need if I mention that I'm a first time renter? Or would they try to charge me more or something like that?
