In Ireland can one be evicted from rented apt. if found guilty of drugs offences and served time?
neighbour in private apts. rent paid by state, admitted use of drugs but not dealing so got reduced sentence. Landlord says he can't evict him even though he no longer pays rent or electricity, tenant says he has a case? is this correct?

Texas Security Deposits...Landlord has not given me my deposit back yet!?
I moved out Sept 18th and had the walk thru on the 29th of Sept. Its been over 30 and they still have not given me my deposit back. It was previously being managed by ReMax and then a new company took over. They claim they are still waiting for ReMax to give them the checks. What can I do as the renter to get my deposit back and now. I did my part I did everything right on my side I USED TO WORK THERE..and now no one is listening. Im so upset now im going to be late on my new apts rent because I was counting on that money. What legal rights do I have? I already talked to them. I know what Im liable for they told me. And they also told me for sure my deposit would be in by the 29th. I have been reading up on Texas law and apparently I can send them a " demand of deposit letter" if I dont get it within 10 days then I can take them to the Justice of the Peace claims court. This is ridiculus.. the excuse they are giving me is the previous landlord hasnt dropped off the check.. ITS THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO THERE TENANTS THAT PAID ON TIME NEVER LATE.. NO COMPLAINTS. TURNED IN 30 DAY NOTICE ON TIME..AND EVERYTHING. They could just go pick it up..its like 10 minutes away from them. Ive even offered to go pick it up myself!

How can you remove a bad spirit?
My mom lives in south Tx in an aparment complex. She moved in the first day in Oct. of this year, and the night before halloween, stuff started happening in the master bedroom, closet and master bath. She went to bed that night, and woke up to find a large mirror had been moved right to up against her side of the bed. Other people in the home: my dad, my sister, and my brother in law. No one would play practical jokes on her. Since then, there is stomping footsteps from an empty apt upstairs, knocking on doors when no one is there, items like pictures, shoes, iron, clothes are moved from their locations to other spots in the room. More specifically, one day after work, she walks in her room, and a 12 year old photo of her was taken from a plastic bin in the closet, and placed on her desk, along with some dress shoes. Another day, she ironed a shirt, placed the iron on the floor and went to work. When she came back, the iron was face down on her bed. Her patio door in her room keeps being unlocked when she comes back from work, after she specifically remembers locking it. A large work out ball was moved from under her desk, and forcibly sqeezed through the narrow doorway of her bathroom and was wedged betwee the toilet and the wall. This happened while she was at work. One of those stand up mirrors, the ones that can be tilted and can even be rotated all the way around an axis was found in the middle of her room, the mirror was rotated into a perfect horizontal position. Its almost impossible to do that because the screws that hold the mirror on the axis are loose and the mirror will not stay in a tilted position. Until today, these things were happening while they slept, or while everyone is at work. Tonight, as i spoke to her, she got home, placed a tied yellow plastic bag containing a doll that she took to work (shes a pre-school teacher), she placed it on her desk, and went into the kitchen, while talking to me on the phone (i'm in germany), when she got to back to her room two minutes later, the doll was out of the bag and was sitting on top of some boxes in her closet. She was terrified. She put it back in the bag, tied it up again and left the room. Half an hour later (still on the phone with me) she went to hang her coat up and the bag was wide open again. Last night, she opened her closet door up, and inside, she saw a translucent woman wearing red and white pajamas; it did not disappear, my mom bolted from the room. This spirit, is getting stronger. Now it has shown itself to her, now it is doing things while she is home and in the next room. What should she do? She just moved there and has a lease, cant afford to move out and lose deposit money, which she would need in order to pay for a new apts rent. Another fact, when she moved there, there were two young men living upstairs. A month later, they left the apt and never came back. they left all their stuff, did not pay the rent, did not come back for their things, did not talk to the manager, just left. That is where the stomping is coming from. Her neighbors that live right next door also hear the stomping from upstairs. What actions should she take in this circumstances? I have tried researching to see what violence could have occurred in those apts but have found nothing. I suggested using a black light to check for bloodstains in the closet or the room in general. I also suggested writing down some questions on a paper, leaving it in the closet, then putting a tray with white powder so the spirit could communicate while she's at work. Will that aggravate the situation? Anyone with any advice, please help me out here. Its hard hearing these things when I'm so far from home and not able to be there to help. My mom is not prone to hysterical or paranoid behavior, shes level headed and intelligent. So if she's scared, then I know that there is something really wrong. Can I take my daughter somewhere when I'm watching her without permission?
So I would like some opinions, Male and Female please....My ex (the father of my child) asked this question on yahoo answers, yet he forgot to add certain details. So I'm re-posting his question, and then I will add what he left out. Him: Me and My Ex live together still, and are trying to get along for the sake of our daughter. There are no custody or visitation guidelines set in place because we live together and we haven't even thought about something like that. However, on the weekends she works and I watch my daughter. The last couple of weekend I have wanted to go with my daughter down to my moms which is about 45 Min's away from where we live. She has repeatedly told me no, and I feel that it is not entirely her decision to make. On the other hand, she can up and leave to her mom's house which is also about 45Min's away in the county over, without asking, and stay over there for sometimes, days at a time. Mind you not even so much as a courtesy heads up, she is young in mind and very immature. So my question is really, can I take my daughter to my mom's without bringing on any lawful issues? Basically, If I wanted to leave on a Friday Morning and return on a Saturday afternoon/evening can she stop me? And if so, how can I make it so that she can't decipher those types of decisions. Within the past year he has driven home drunk several times, and then comes home and lies to me about. He asked me one time if he could take our daughter with him to his moms and I said yes, then later that night he asks me if Im okay with him staying the night at his moms house with our daughter (I have never spent one night away from her, and he had told me that night he would be coming home) I told him Im not comfortable with that, he then tells me that he's staying anyways, so I tell him no I am not comfortable with that please bring her home, and that if he didn't want to bring her home I would go down to his moms and pick her up myself, he still refused, so after arguing me crying and then threatening to call the cops on him he finally tells me he'll come home....So that night he had been drinking beers with his mother (also an alcoholic) and he says he had 1 (which I don't believe since he's lied to me about everything since I met him day one, yet I didn't find out until much much later) and most alcoholic don't stop at 1 beer. So he still chose to drive home, even after I said I would come get her, and he didn't want me coming to get her. Then after that we were supposed to go on vacation with my family, he didn't ask his boss in time and wasn't able to go with us, we were gone for 2 weeks, so then when I get back I find out he's spend almost all of the tax return money (which was supposed to catch us up on our apts rent and our car payment we were behind on) So after arguing he tells me he spend most of it on eating out and he went down to Huntington Beach and went to some bars by himself, his reason why he did this he had a reoccuring dream that I was cheating on him...which I never have even being broken up for the past 5 months I still have not even gone on a date with anyone, kissed anyone, let alone sleep with anyone, where as within the first 3 months of our relationship he cheated on me with his ex (and guess what he was "drunk" and she manipulated him) and then to find out 2 years later when his ex tells me he slept with her in the back of his car (the car my mother bought him) I confront him about it, he lies and said that she was lying (even after I heard him talk with her about it, lying to her saying he was never in a relationship with me at that point) I confront him again and he denies it for another whole year. He has also done drugs in the past as well, (speed, coke, e, and god only knows what else) and at one point we had roommates who were snorting hydrocodone (I was not aware of this either, til later) and he was buying it off them. I have only ever tried weed, and if you ask why did I pick someone like this, I didn't know until much later, and when we started dating I thought the drinking was a teenage phase, and by the time I realized it wasn't, it was too late (pregnant) So am I wrong to not let our daughter go with him?

Will any Apts rent out to me and my boyfriend due to us not working?
We've been together 7 yrs. We both don't work we're over 21 and is living off our parents, and want to get married. His parents and my parents said they will help us get a place and pay until we get on our feet. Will they rent out to us if he come up with 3 months rent and pay on time?
