How can I improve my serve and speed?
On Saturday I was practicing my serve. How can I make my serve a bullet? When I used the forehand grip for serving a few months ago my serve would go so fast but after i changed to the proper continental it seem pretty slow and is easy to return. Whenever I serve it seems that my serve is topspin? The ball goes high when I hit. I always toss the ball somewhat high like I'm supposed to. I tried using my knees, it helps a little bit but for now I'm gonna practice my form and then incorporate that into it. I did some calculations yesterday and my first and second serve combined it was averaged between 53-57 %. I'm thinking of recording myself on camera to see where I can improve but I only have my Iphone camera. I want to have a bullet serve that I'm satisfied with and is hard to return. help?

Does the First Amendment create a Separation of Church and State?
Both Jefferson and Madison both wrote about the Separation of Church and State in regards to the First Amendment.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Separation_of_church_and_state#United_States
And, if anyone says that the writings of either man cannot be used in this argument, then they must also agree that the use of any writings outside the Constitution and any Amendment cannot be used to argue for or against ones point of view. That means that the use of the Federalist Papers is out of bounds for any other question relating to the Constitution and its Amendments, as one example, and the the same goes for the first constitution which has no impact on our nation as it was truly born with the Constitution as we know it today and makes no reference to the Continental Congress and such.
It may help you if you understand the difference between explicit and implicit in making your arguments.
"The morals and values that founded this nation are clearly biblical. There was no other religion here until long after America was established." This false. There were many religions here before Columbus came to the Americas. The Natives had their own and varied beliefs. And you're wrong about the Founding Fathers being mostly Christians and such. Additionally, while they were all Christians in the original 13 colonies each colony had its own specific brand of Christianity and you could be hanged for having the wrong beliefs. Madison witnessed an entire family of Quakers hung for just this kind of issue, they were living in the wrong colony for their religious beliefs. Which is to say that even within Christianity there are many differing religious beliefs and each sect can be considered separate. After all, the Jews, Christians, and Muslims all believe in the same God.
Feel free to read the Constitution where it talks about how treaties become part of our laws, then r
