I am upside down on my car loan, any advice?
My hours have been cut at work and I am struggling to pay my bills I am barely skating by with little food to eat. I owe more on my car than it is worth. I dont think anyone would buy my car for how much I owe the bank. Is there anyway a dealership would buy my car and give me a different car loan? I am stuck.. I need a car to get to work so I can support myself.. but I just cant pay 330 a month anymore I need to find an apartment to live in and with rent being 600 dollars and me making 1200 dollars I dont know what to do... I am stuck, I am just wondering if there are any options out there? thank you.

Trying to find an apartment? I will pick a best answer!?
Ok so I'm training to become a vet in Upper Westside Manhattan. Just one quick question that I really need to make the right decision about. Should i rent or buy? I mean its only me going to be in the apartment and i am not looking for a roommate. So, what do you think is better? Have any experience or similar/same issue? Please help.

Family Upheaval. Do I take my Grandmother in? Is this a risk I should take?
I am a 33 yr old female with basically no life other than work. I live with my family to help care for them. This includes my older brother, mentally ill mother and uncle and my elderly grandmother.
My grandmother made some poor financial choices and her house is in foreclosure. Everyone needs to move by late June. My brother and Uncle are working together to find an apartment and are willing to take in my Grandmother. My Grandmother has a Conservator of Estate which is a lawyer handling her finances so I'm unsure if he'll approve of this. However, I am her Conservator of Person so I should have some say? Her other option is to move in with me. I found a 2 bedroom apartment but it's rather expensive for her, my mom and I to live in. I am just concerned that should something happen to her, I would not be able to make payments for rent and that will just destroy me. What should I do?? I would move into a one bedroom with just her and I but then my mom (who is mentally disabled) would have no place to go.
