Apartment for Rent in Melaka?
I will be moving to Melacca (from the USA) in April and would like to know how I can find an apartment for rent that is NOT a big high rise. I am looking for something modest outside of the city center. I can comfortably pay 1,000 MYR a month, more if the place has good value. I would like 2 bedrooms but a single bath is ok. The important thing is that it should NOT be in an apartment complex or high rise. A small house would also be fine.

Apartment... Deposit Question?
So me and my fiancé found an apartment for rent. $485 a month & $400 deposit.
I was wondering if we pay the deposit
do you think they will hold the apartment so
no one else will get it? We can't pay the $485 til the 30th. But do you think they can?
I will call tomorrow and find out but I just wanted to know other experiences and opinions.
this is my first time ever getting an apartment.

Where can i find an apartment for rent for a week in Dallas?
I have some friends visiting and looking for an apartment to rent for a week or 2 in the Dallas area. Is there a site where people list their apartments? I have checked most major sites and none of them have apartments in the low-middle range.
Not looking for cheap motels or extended stay places.

What does "Income limits based on household size" mean?
I'm looking at apartments for rent and one of them says:
"Income limits based on household size.
$39,060/1 person * $44,640/2 people * $50,220/3 people * $55,800/4 people * $60,240/5 people"
I don't get it. Does that mean we (2 people) have to make at least $44,640 or at most $44,640? And why?
