Would you feel comfortable renting to....?
I'm really interested in a condo for rent by a private owner.
It's in a nice quiet area near a lot of convenient businesses ( post office, market, and movie theaters.)
My husband and I ( of 8 years ) are meeting and negotiating next week.
I'm concerned that the owner might have a concern about my finances.
I in currently in a legal battle with a credit consolidation company- The company took my $$ and did not pay a penny to my creditors and now my credit is ravaged.
However, My husband has a perfect credit score and even through our battle, we have never been late on any of out other bills ( rent, utilities, car payment, ETC. )
We have investments and live comfortably.
So, what I really want to know, is if you where an owner, Would you rent to us?
If not, why? what concerns would you have? Is there anything we might be able to do to negotiate with you? larger deposit? several months of rent in advance?
aside from finances, we take good care of our home and we do not have any children or pets, we are both quiet and good natured.
Is there anything that might sway an owner into giving a couple a chance?

Has Anyone Stayed at Cabarete Beach in the Dominican Republic?
Hi Folks, my wife & I are considering a vacation at the Dominican. We ran into some really nice condos for rent on Cabarete Beach, can someone tell me what the crowd is like there? We are older folks early 60's and are looking for a bit more subdued crowd the less partiers the better. If you haven't can you recommend some good places to rent a condo for a month. The Dominican seems to be much more affordable than Mexico, "By Far"! We of course prefer a super good beach. Thanks!

Where is a good place to find condos in HI?
My wife and I are going to be moving to Hawaii this year. We have the choice of locating anywhere we want. So we want to pick a beachfront condo / high rise. I can't seem to find ANY information out there or sites that list condos for rent/lease. Does anyone have any good resources out there?

I'm relocating to Bishop,ca from Los Angeles,ca where are there apartments or condos for rent?
Im staying long term, so not any vacation rentals or not any furnished, I've looked all over the internet and can't find anything.It's crazy how you could find thousands of apartments and condos for rent in los angeles but when you go up into the mountains you cant find anything, someone please help me
