Beach houses for rent in Melbourne?
Hi, my 19th birthday is coming up and I'm thinking of throwing a little beach house party for a night or two. My ideal location for this party is somewhere around St. Kilda beach as it is closer to the city and more convenient for travel (we're mostly South-East Siders). I've been searching high and low but so far I have been rather unsuccessful. Can anyone help me out here? I'm looking to invite about a moderate amount of people for this event, about 40ish, so a lot of open space is needed therefore having it by the beach is the idea; and max $350 a night. The primary use for the beach house itself is to store personal items for guests and their belongings, most of the party itself will be going on outside by the beach. If anyone could help me out here that would be very appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi I am looking to organize my birthday party in a beach house (somewhere around Melbourne) its got to be really good..Money is not a big tension at the moment (around $1500-$2000). I am looking to invite about 200-300 people. I have looked around a lot but have been very unsuccessful. Please let me know all the options I got, cheapest to expensive. I can also manage in 100-200 people as long as the beach house is good (if they dont fit over 200 people)

My family and I will be going to Melbourne on November 2011. And now i looking for serviced apartment @ houses with fully furnished to be rent on 4th-8th November.
