Hi, I am a medical student with another 4 medical students. We need to know of any sources where we can look in to rent a short term flat in Edinburgh close to the Royal Infirmary and Western General hospital. I think its best if you suggest a website or an agency rather than specific property because I am not sure whether this would be against the rules of the Yahoo!Answers community!

how to work out the rateable value?
Hi everyone i need a little bit help here : so i have found retail property to rent and it says on description that the RENT is �24,000 per annum and RATEABLE VALUE �27,250 so how do i work this out? does this mean that the rateable value is on the top of the rent? which will be �51.250 per annum ??? if it really is how you suppose to open a new business ? Finding a commercial property to rent for a cafe?
My friend and I are attempting to start a cafe but I cant seem to find a place to rent. We're still young and inexperienced, but we have plenty of more experienced people helping us out yet the location remains a problem. I've been getting kind of confused while looking for places to rent :/ Since we are just looking and not making any committed decisions, price isn't a huge problem right now. We're looking for somewhere in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas. Thank you :3

Cheap hotel in Manchester?
I want to study at the University of Manchester and I'll get there on 17th September.My plan is to rent a property with my friend there. My friend is gonna study at the University of Salford. And we are looking for a cheap hotel or b&b in the place between those universities for temporary residence therefore during the time we stay there we can look for a property to rent .
