Looking for rent to own home in North Carolina?
Hi, I'm looking for a rent to own home here in North Carolina but the way all these sites have it now is you have to sign up and get your credit score, then after I do that it just keeps sending me more bull**** links. Does anyone know a site that you do not have to sign up for, or is there anyone that is trying to sell their home for rent to own that can work with me?

How can I move back to my home State, when I have an upside-down mortgage?
In 2003, at my wife's insistence, we moved to Nevada She then divorced me a few years later, taking most of the equity in the home. The mortgage is now "upside-down". My daughter and I strongly desire to return to our home State to be close to our family, but we are "stuck" here.
Options appear to be:
Abandon house to foreclosure.
Short-sale
Keep house as a rental, and be an out-of-State landlord.
None of these options are particularly attractive. Any ideas?
When we return to our home State, I need to move into a house (an apt. won't work). Damage to my credit will make purchasing a home almost impossible. I could "rent-to-own". Any ideas here?

My original plan was to keep this house until my daughter graduates in 4 years, then see what the market looks like. But there are good reasons to try and get "home" sooner.

Rent to own agreement?
If you draw up your own papers to rent to own a property to someone and have them signed in front of a notary public are they legally binding?
I used an on line rent to own agreement and my own real estate contract as examples,I think I have included everything.It is a mobile home,and they are renting to own as is.

Im rent to owning a home and just found out the house is now being foreclosed on.. What do I do?
in Texas- In January made an agreement to rent to own a home. We gave money down to put towards the actual buying cost and we pay rent until we can finance the home into our name (im fixing my credit in the mean time). Just found out the house in being foreclosed on.. What do I do?
