Please help me. don't know what to do.?
I am at the end of my rope. Myself and my wife have been off and on for the last 8 1/2 years with a divorce and remarriage in between. We got married the second time in December 2009. Well, after alot of disrespect on her part she chose to leave me on December 31st 2010. A month and a half later she contacted me stating that she made a mistake and wanted to come home. I told her at that time that I would not allow that. Several months later I contacted her (June 2011) and we attempted to reconcile. I really tried to remain open minded, however, I discovered that she had left me for her boss at work...she is a blackjack dealer in Las Vegas and he is a pit boss. Anyway, I couldn't help confronting her with this information...that got me nowhere. She made me feel like nothing, stating that he made her feel like a woman but wouldn't elaborate. So, another month went by and I was talking to her at 1:30 in the morning as she was leaving work. She told me she had to go and would call me on her way home. I don't know why I did it but I checked her cell phone calls realtime and found out that as soon as she hung up the phone with me she was on the phone with her boss. Not only that, she had been calling and texting him for hours after work before she came home (on his cell and home phone). When I confronted her with this she denied it...untill I pulled up her records...she was caught red handed. All she tells me now is I better not bother him because he is not bothering me. After this episode, she had her cell phone contract changed so I could not see her activity, not to mention I can't see her financial activity, debit or credit cards, yet everything I do she has full access to. I asked why there is a double standard yet again she tries to say I'm trying to make things up. Everything I'm writing is fact. She tells me that she has severed all ties with him yet she still continues to work with him and refuses to quit that job. I am a retired Air Force guy and work for the Government now, so I'm not living poorly, and have offered to have her quit yet she won't do it.Not to mention she has hooked up with him to drink after work, yet tells me she came straight home from work. I have asked her to leave but she refuses. I have asked her to divorce me but she refuses. She tells me to divorce her and that will quote "change everything" I want to know what that means. She has also stated that she loves me but is not in love with me. I'm not stupid, I know what that means. I just want to know how to get rid of her and the endless pain she continues to inflict. Also, I bought my home in early 2009, she is not on the mortgage. I just need some good advice on how to get out of this the right way.

How do I put windows 7 home premium onto my new hard drive?
Since I accidentally wrecked my old hard drive I have had to replace it with a new one. I bought a usb cd/dvd drive, borrowed a mates home premium disc, hooked it all up and entered the product key I was given when I bought my home premium edition. It displayed a message that the product key I entered was not valid. So I double checked it but it was. Then I tried to enter the win 7 starter product key that was installed on the notebook when I bought it but it displayed the same message that is was invalid.
Does anyone know how I can get my Home Premium product key to work?
Just tried to call. The system can't help and said to refer back to retailer.
Would the problem be that my product is an upgrade key from starter to home premium?
I used a friends home premium disc at installation. Either it want's his product key for his disc or I need to reinstall windows using starter, enter my original product key that came with the notebook which was starter then upgrade using any time and use my purchased upgrade key.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Seller lied on Disclosure statement?
When I bought my home I went to apply for Minnesota homestead. The seller claimed on the mls listing that the property tax was $900 per year. I've found that i'll be paying around $1900. I checked with the county why my tax would more than double. The reason was that the seller had claimed a disability. looking at the sellers disclosure statement under preferential property tax treatment: is the property subject to any preferential property tax status (e.g. Disability) he checked no. I know the mls listing sheet states: information is deemed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed...but the seller disclosure should be. What can I do? small claims court? any ideas? thanks...
