Do you live in Houston, do you like the city?
I;m thinking about moving to Houston in a couple of years. My family is in South Florida, but no jobs down there and houses still expensive. Would like to know more about the city, etc.
I'm an Electronic Tech, presently living in New Jersey. I know Houston is perhaps the best manufacturing city in the country where I would be able to land a job and buy a cheap house.
Thanks for your feedback...bye...Max

What do you think I should go into college for?
I'm a junior in HS, and I really need to figure out what I want to do for college. My girlfriend is going to be going to Kent for 6 years of college, and I'm not even sure what college I want to go to, I'm wondering if you guys could give me some advice. I live in Akron Ohio, btw! I will be renting a cheap house once I turn 18. The closer and cheaper the college, the better!
My Skills:
Well, I'm a decent singer/dancer (my senior year I will be in the mens chorus, a cappella, our schools show choir, and the school musical) I'm a much better singer than dancer, I also enjoy singing a lot more.
I'm very good with web design and graphics, (I'm skilled in photoshop, flash, and dreamweaver) However, I don't really enjoy doing that kind of stuff, but I could put up with it.
I had to help my dad at work for a few days because he was injured, and after an hour I was running a circle shear like I'd been doing it my whole life.
I can work with numbers to an extent.
I'm very good with providing small personal services. When my Aunt got her knee surgeries I helped her recover and made her food, and brought her stuff etc. I LOVE helping people, it's something I've always loved to do. My girlfriend gets mad at me because I always do everything that she, or anyone, says without even thinking about it. All the kids in my classes that are near me say "Hey Nick, can you throw this in the trash for me" or "Can you go sharpen my pencil for me" Because they know I'll do it without a problem. I sort of want to be a type of a nurse, or any position that involves taking care of people, more specifically older people.
I love kids of all sorts, and they all seem to love me.
I've been told I'm very likable, and that I'd make a great salesmen (even though I could never see myself being one)
I'm also an environmental freak, me and my girlfriend go on and on about the environment, we go on walks and pick up trash together, and we both watch what we eat in terms of where it came from, and if it's even "real" food. We also love the outdoors, and pretty much anything natural. We're both very green :)
Any ideas for what I should do for college guys?

Why do Americans have money problems?
I live in Canada and I know many Americans complain about money. Why? In Canada, (I live in Vancouver) we pay $6 per gallon, insurance costs more, we get payed less, an average house in America that costs $150,000 costs $900,000 here, cars cost more, most items cost more compared to the US. Why is it that gas prices in America cost less, insurance costs less, you get payed higher salaries, cheaper houses, cheaper cars, stuff costs less, and yet Americans complain about money. Why? (please no rude comments).
No, we arent $14,000,000,000,000 in debt to China, btw you forgot 3 0s.
I am not making this up, I live in Vancouver I think I know how much stuff costs here, I have compared house prices from Canada and the US, what I am really trying to ask is, why do Americans have more financial problems compared to Canada even though pretty much everything costs more here. When I say Americans I don't mean the country, I mean the people, I am not debating that America was recently in a recession and they are $14 trillion in debt, or the unemployment rate differences. I know all those things but I am asking WHY do Americans have so much debt.
