Can I choose a custom home builder AND a lot?
Can I choose a custom builder, and a lot of my choosing anywhere? Or do I have to choose a lot that is provided by the builder themselves?
I should also add, will most builders have access to information such as new community developments, new lots, etc? Or will I have to go running around trying to find information. Gaahhhhh!! I'm going nuts here lol. Too much too do before I proceed. Thanks guys.
