Is it Okay(LEGAL) to Make a website for donations?
Hi guys, A friend of mine and I have started this foster care for a couple of animals in need for a furever home! We have a couple of animals were caring for but we would like to take in more to help them find a home so my friend came up with an idea to create our own website @ webs.com to ask for donations and also share our work we put in these animals. He said we should try since i have an PayPal account and they have those buttons for donations..
What were asking is that if that is legal? I mean we are going to have a blog post to update with our animals to prove we are not abusing the donations! I hope its okay because we would love to care for more animals and help them out!

What should I do about this dog?
Okay, so my mom lives only a few yards from my house. She has several dogs and cats which I have grown attached to because I see them daily. We live in the country and there are no leash laws so she lets her dogs run free most of the time. None of her dogs but one has ever caused any problems. A while back her dog "Scrappy" found a litter of kittens that my mom's cat had given birth to and killed them. I was terribly upset. (For the record, people drop animals off at my mom's house because she takes them in and has them spayed in neutered one at a time and finds them homes, we just hadn't gotten this cat spayed yet unfortunately. So please don't make smart comments about this). Scrappy is a good dog other than that. She has never harmed the bigger cats. In fact she licks them and sleeps with them on my porch sometimes. My mom also has two other dogs that were running free yesterday, Ginger and Yager. Ginger is a very good dog and has never caused a problem for the 5 years we've had her and neither has Yager. Well, yesterday I was coming home from a doctor's appointment and Yager started chasing one of my mom's cats "Scooter". I yelled at him to get him to stop. I was holding my 6 week old baby so I couldn't go stop the dog. The next thing I knew Scrappy and Ginger was on the cat too. They looked like they were biting him but I couldn't tell because they were kind of far away. I called my sister only to hear her crying hysterically saying that Scrappy had just killed "Princess" another cat my mom had. She said she saw them chase scooter under the house but they stopped and then the other dog went after the other cat and killed her. I was so upset I was crying too. Like I said, I have grown to love these animals.
These dogs have never acted like this, EVER. I was going to call animal control to come get the dog Scrappy because she seems to have instigated the whole thing and she has caused trouble before. The only problem with calling animal control around here is that they will kill animals with gas. I hate that. I cannot find a home for this dog. My mother or I do not want to have this dog around anymore. I just don't want to kill her. I wanted to kill her yesterday when she did that, but since I've calmed down I just feel confused on what I should do. I know it's in a dog's nature to do things like this, but why would they do this all out of the blue? What can I do? Any advice? I know this is long and confusing but I would really appreciate any advice. I feel so bad. Also, please no smart comments, I could care less about them. Thanks in advance.
We do have the dog put up right now.

Can I Find a Home for a Scared Cat?
I have two cats, one is normal and the other, a small black cat, has real fears of anyone coming close and runs away when anyone comes in his direction. He's about one and a half now and I got him from a relative when he was about six months old and I don't know if he was born this way or if he was traumatized early on. I've tried to give him a loving home but now I'm having my fiancee move in and she cannot live with cats due to allergies. This will be hard on my twelve year old daughter too as we will have to find homes for both cats. Is it possible to find someone that will take in a cat with emotional issues? I don't want him to end up in the animal shelter and euthanized! Thoughts?
Can't/Won't get a new fiancee.
Yes, know about advertising on CraigsList for cats and asking at least $25 for "adoption fee" to make sure they don't get picked up by someone reselling them for animal research or worse.
Know that a cat with emotional issues will be harder to find a home but what about an animal rescue league? I know they focus mainly on stray cats but perhaps because of its emotional problems they might take it in?
I know the normal one will get a home as he's quiet, well behaved, etc. Someone wanting a young cat and not a kitten will take him.
Thanks for the answers so far.
