Can anyone recomend a good "flat fee mls" company.?
I plan to sell a property in Boise, ID, and want to list my property with a flat fee, can any body help?

Flat Fee MLS Listings - flatfeelisting.com refuses a refund?
I paid flatfeelisting.com almost $400 to list my property. 4 months went by before I heard from an agent. I gaven them the details but they failed to list my property on mls. 2 years passed, Flatfeelisting.com refuses to provide a refund I now live in the UK (they knew this when I paid for the listing) Flatfeelisting did recently offer a "credit towards a future listing" but that wont happen I am in the UK. They also said I "canceled" and it is a $75 deduction. I never canceled anything. Can I file a small claims lawsuit online? I contacted the NJ board of realtors but had no answer, also MLS. I feel defrauded. If there are any state regs that pertain to this matter please let me know.

For Sale by Owner - Flat Fee MLS (c21clickit)?
Has anyone else used this service? I'm curious about your experience. Mine has been so-so to date. I recently signed up this month. Also, does anyone know if I am required to leave drapery and the associated hardware? We spend a couple of thousand on the drapes (not blinds), and would like to take them with us. Thanks.

Which is the best flat fee MLS real estate broker or a discount real estate agent in Chicago, or Illinois?
I would like to list my house for a flat fee in Northern Cook County Illinois (north of Chicago) - can someone recommend a good flat fee discount MLS agent or broker? I would like to pay $300-$400 for the service and not more than 2.5% commission to the buyer's agent, but still be able to sell on my own as FSBO. Thanks!
