Becoming a house "finder"?
I was thinking about doing a job i actually have no clue about. I think its called a house finder. Its where you find a business that buys ugly houses and fixes them up to sell for a profit and then you go find the houses for them and "hold" the place until they decide they want it. I was thinking of charging around $2500 per house and i'm wondering if anyone can give me some pointers before i dive into this. i cant flip it because im sixteen...but they will still let me find them so they can flip it.
