Alfa Romeo 147 "Selespeed Failure"?
hi i just bought a 2003 2.0 v16 Alfa Romeo 147 selespeed a few weeks ago and i love the car but when stopped at some traffic lights and i want to take off a error has popped up saying "Selespeed failure" and "oil pressure failure" (this has happened twice) and when i press the accelerator all of a sudden the car will take off and straight after lose power then take off again and it well do this over and over again till i get into second gear then everything goes well till i stop again. so this has happened twice and there is no comeback on the car cause it was a private sale so if anyone could tell me what could cause this it would be great so far what i found it could be a number of things but when i was comin home from Dublin down the motorway at the end there was nothing was nothing wrong and every time i try to show someone it runs like a dream it very frustrating thanks for the advice but right now iv made my bed so i brought it to a alfa and feit garage in finglas Dublin and i was talking to the mechanic he said first off it could be 50 differant things but it sound like a software issue (fingers crossed) cause the actuator doesn't kick up much of a fuse on the 2003 model of the 147 but he wont now till he dose a diagnostic test on which well cost ?50 on its own

If i am selling my house privately and an agent introduces a buyer to my property, am i liable to pay commission?

Private gun sales out of state?
so i know i can buy a gun in a private sale in my state without paperwork my question is lets say i want to buy a gun off someone from a different state that doesn't have a ffl do they have to send the gun to a ffl dealer for me to pick it up? If so all i have to do is send the guy his money and have him send the gun to a dealer from my state so i can pick it up it and legally own it

Sell or let the old girl's house?
Our mum has had to go into a care home and it costs over £31k per year. Her yearly income is about £19k after tax. Letting agency has said they can get nearly £700 a month for it, so about £610 after they take their cut. On the other hand, the guy upstairs has offered us £200k for it, private sale, which we could invest to give an extra income. Which option to take? Our mum is late 90s but healthy enough physically. Not trying to make money but to protect it for as best we can.
