A store I made a purchase at charged me a restocking fee,...?
I bought and pd for furniture that was a final sale.Owner told me it was in the store b/c I was taking it cash and carry. The owner did not have it in the store and called minutes after I left the store informing me that I would have to wait on it to be delivered. Pissed, because I felt I had no choice I waited. The day of delivery, I recieved no furniture.I called store and they informed me they were trying to buy it from another store or go out of town to get it. I stopped paymt on check, and days later when they showed up I refused delivery. My bank issued me a crdit due to situatuion. The store refunded $600 but kept 130 for restock fee. My bank is now chargeing me. I plan to sue! Do I hv a case, I feel the owner knew he didn't have the stuff in store but wanted to make the sale. Who can I reoprt this to, or get help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REST SHOPPE IN CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS!

Ever heard of Utah Carter Radio Products, an art deco table cigarette holder. Thnx.?
I have two of these. One has engraved "Utah Carter Radio Products" on it. The other does not. Both are art deco style cylinders, made of brass or copper with silver like tops. Tops have spindles and inside holes to ventilate the cigarettes. Bottom is a silver and black round base. Purchased at a garage sale. Owner said they are Art Deco. Fill with cigarettes for people to take, placed on coffee table or around the room. About 7" high, 2-1/2"diameter, base is 4". Thanks.

Private care sale - owner financed?
I am selling a vehicle to a friend; they know the condition of the car because they have been borrowing it for a couple of months. They cannot pay me outright, I'm willing to finance for them for a couple of months until they can pay off the balance. If I do this, how is the title handled? I would like to have them put the car in their name, their insurance. But if they owe, I don't think I should give them the title.
