I was interesting in buying a house that is for sale buy owner.?
I have my own realtor but the seller , don't want me to use my realtor so he want have to buy him comission. He said he would let me use my realtor but he would up the price of the house. So he could pay him commission and still get the asking price of the house. But then it would be more than my loan approval.The seller said he would give me a warranty for a year for piece of mind. So that makes me feel better. If I don't use my realtor would I be spending more money or less. How does it work when you buy a house for sale buy owner? I've only looked at house that real estate agents are helping to sell. Will I close faster this way. Please give me your advice. Also who handles all the paper work.

do I have to have my agent to buy a for sale buy owner home?
i have been looking for a house and have a real estate person that i have signed a contract with to show me houses and such,
She has not found 1 house for me to look at, she only shows the houses i call her about.
I looked by myself at a for sale by owner house yesterday and am ready to make a offer,but she says that we have to pay her her percentage.
The seller does not want to deal with agents, just sell her house and avoid commisions.
what can or should i do.
we did sign a agreemant a wb-36 good for one year.................

Can I break my real estate contract (Florida)?
My husband and I have had our house on the market with an agent for almost 3 months. Contract is 6 months. They never sent us the contract after being signed, but I do have it now through an attaced file in my email. Our agent did a brokers open which only 2 people came. Our house has been shown twice and our agent did 2 - 2 hour open houses. They said we could do a "conditional withrawal if we paid back their advertising expenses ($227.00), which we did. But, we may not list with another broker or go on the mls through For Sale Buy Owner. I know it is a tough market today, but just over the weekend my husband and I have had as much traffic they had in 2 1/2 months. Please help!
We did not sign the conditional withdrawal, yet we did give them a check for their expenses. I just don't think it is very ethical for them to want the check AND put stipulations on us for the next 4 months.

Where is the best web sites to list my house for sale. I am not using a realtor.?
I sold my last house 10 years ago using "for sale buy owner.com and I had very good results but it cost me $3,000 for pictures and lisitings. I would like to try it by myself this time since the Internet has gotten so much bigger. Can anyone help. I live 30 miles north of Atlanta, GA. thanks
