Can I get the information changed on a dog microchip?
I found a dog over a month ago and I put up flyers, put a add in the news papers and craigslist, I also went to the vet had the dog scanned for a chip, called the phone number on the chip (Disconnected) and went to the address that was on the microchip once only to find the house for sale and empty (You could see in the window). I want to keep the dog, but is there any way to have to information on the chip changed to my name and address?

This house in is Chula Vista, CA. They are asking $291,500. It is 1527 sq. ft. Has four bedrooms/2bathrooms and 2 car garage. Build in 1977. It is in move in ready condition and don't seem to need any work. Can my soon to be ex sell the house?
I am in the process of a divorce. We have had one hearing in West Virginia and still need a final hearing. Last week I found out from a relative that my wife listed our house for sale...she did not contact me regarding this. I have no idea what the list price is or any the aspects of the contract she signed with the realtor. Today I learned that she received an offer for full list price and accepted it. She was not awarded the house in the temporary hearing. The house is in both of our names. Can she do this? While I have agreed that we should sell the house she did not contact me before listing it. I have no clue what it was listed at and if the listing price will cover what is owed on the house or not. I only found out about the pending sale from a relative, not from her. She did accept the offer and again I have not agreed to it as I do not know the details. By the time the final hearing is set the house will be sold...again without my signing any contracts.
