Do you think I'm doing the right thing by filing a complaint against one of the tenants ?
Short explanation: Their apartment smells, which is one of the reasons why our section has cockroaches. It's a two bedroom apartment with 10 people living inside the small apartment. Their kids trash the building. You can't tell them anything because they will verbally abuse you.
I will contact the fire department, health department.
I contacted the landlord and they haven't done anything.

I just moved into a new place, and now I have terrifying dreams? What do they mean?
I just recently moved into a new apartment with my boyfriend. We've been living there for roughly a month, but two days ago, I started having the most terrifying dreams that won't leave my head. I have them maybe once a night, and they're so vivid and real. I usually can't remember anything I dream about, but these are different.
I dream I'm in a house (that I've never been in before, but has been in my dreams for approximately a month), and I'm watching a little girl. I can't tell if she's my little girl or if she's someone else's. But while I'm watching her inside of this house, there is always a man who shows up. He lurks in the basement, around the house outside, and in the dark corners of the rooms in the house. I can't see his face at all, only his physique and his clothing (massive male, wearing tattered overalls). Occasionally, I can't even see him at all. I just feel his presence weighing on me like a ton of bricks, so I know he's there.
The odd thing about this dream is that the little girl I'm watching LOVES this scary dude. She runs TOWARD him, giggling and stretching out her arms for him every time she sees him. She loves him, but I grab her immediately and we run for it. We're quiet and we're hiding, and no one is allowed to go outside or anywhere even near the basement. He scares me, but it seems like to her, he's her best friend, "soul" wise. They've never spoken, touched, or interacted in any of my dreams. He is always there for a moment and gone the next.
Why am I having these dreams, and what could they possibly mean? They're so vivid that I can remember almost every detail about the dream.

How would you spell this name?
Ok so a couple nights ago I met a guy at my apartment building but im moving out in a week and Im not sure if I will see him around. His name is pronounced like "Sh-why" but I know that's not how you'd spell his name. If it helps Im not sure but he looks either Vietnamese or Pakistan. Any Ideas??

What do you do when the better person comes later?
I am 23 and my sister and her cousin both 24 share an apartment.Her cousin recently moved in and she is extremely attractive.I initially had no personal intentions towards her however my girlfriend is sometimes away and me and her cousin end up spending time together.I promise you each time is a blast and we have a lot of fun.The problem is I think we are about to intimately connect and we both can see it.Whenever I hold her I feel like I have never felt before-she makes me happier than ever.I am sure she is the right person for me and it's not realy because I can't have her that I love her but because I feel in my heart that she is a better person.i love her character and i respect her and every time we touch i feel like taking all her clothes off and having sex with her.She sometimes hesitates to kiss me eventhough she wants to because she is slightly afraid to offend her cousin. I realy love her and need her now more than ever.I am planing to go out with her for a soccer match and then a party afterwards during the weekend.She has agreed.She likes purple and I am thinking of getting her something nice.Problem is what do I do with my girlfriend? I think it is time I let her go.Do you agree?
