Can I sue a seller's realtor for inspection costs?
I was under contract on a foreclosed home and scheduled inspections. I received confirmation from the selling agent that the home had been de-winterized so the plumbing could be checked and that thermostats had been installed so the HVAC could be checked. Upon arrival none of this was done so we could only check. I have since found that the selling agent had the home mixed up with another. It's an innocent mistake but it cost me $500 for the inspection. After another week passing and the dewint still not done I had the cancel the contract and look for another house. Is this grounds for a small claim against the selling agent's employer (ReMax) for the $500 or am I just out the money?

Whats the difference between these two processors?
CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 250 vs. AMD Phenom II x2 555
What the main reason i found was that Phenom has L3 cache. Is L2 cache sufficient enough (with fast reponse) on internet explorer, using microsoft publisher, basicly simple stuff. I just want to do this stuff with a fast response. Some video stuff will be used but that isnt much of a problem. Could i use Internet explorer (like 4,5 pages open at the same time) and microsoft publisher without lag?
The graphic card with this will be a geforce 210. This build is for my dads officework, he is a remax agent and the geforce 210 will be just fine for what he will do. No gaming is involved, no powerful editing software or whatnot just simple microsoft publisher stuff, microsoft word, internet explorer, etc.
Whats the big difference between L3 cache and L2? Will the phenom last for 3 years or so or will the athlon do just fine? If i have to upgrade the athlon later that is just fine.

Can my desposit be kept even if I never moved in!?!?!?
I recently separated from the military and am going through a divorce. I am currently living in ND but will be relocating to AR. About a month ago I put a deposit on a house for rent that isn't available until June 1st. After a few weeks my divorce got messier than planned and now I am unable to leave the state until things clear up. I can't afford to pay rent and make a house payment while I am up here and so I let ReMax know this and let them know I could not make the lease...Now they will not refund my deposit because I had signed a lease...but never moved in and they have plenty of time to rent the house before it is even available. Can they legally keep my deposit?

How can I find a apartment to live in Cabarete Dominican Republic?
My boyfriend and I are planing on moving to Cabarete in the Dominican Republic in January 2012 and we plan on staying about a year, maybe less depending on how much money we have in January.
We've tried googling apartments down there, but we doing know who to trust and the real estate websites like Remax are all super expensive and usually go by night, not month.
Is there a trustable website that will treat us like we will be residents down there instead of tourists? We just want a one room apartment in a safe location.
