can i take my own snacks in the airport/on flight?
i do remember taking some cookies when i went on vacation 4 yrs ago but i dnt know if that rule has changed..i bought some cookies and chips.i plan on taking a tote but its already full.so i want to put the snacks in a trash bag.is that okay? im only taking the tote bag nothing else..im gng on southwest airlines so i can take a carry on and a personal bag. i found this on the tsa but i dont understand when they say: The following items are not considered carryon bags or personal-type items and are not counted against the "one-bag plus one personal-type item" limit: The following items are not considered carryon bags or personal-type items and are not counted against the "one-bag plus one personal-type item" limit: A child restraint device for a ticketed child with a reserved seat or when complimentary, available space exists. Does Southwest Airlines still do first come/first serve boarding?
I know Southwest Airlines use to do first come/first serve boarding. When they called your zone, you boarded the plane and sat wherever you wanted. Is that still the case? I haven't flown Southwest in years and wanted to double check. My wife and I will be traveling with our two children and I'm debating whether or not it's worth it to purchase Early Bird Check in or if I can save the money and just check in 24 hours in advance like everyone else.

Questions about packing if I'm going on an airplane?
1) Is there a limit on how much liquid if it's in checked baggage, NOT carry on? 2) Am I allowed two carry on bags (flying with Southwest airlines)? I'm planning on bringing my laptop in a case/bag and a purse. 3) Can I bring all of my medication in my carry on bag? It will be over five bottles of pills. 4) If my luggage is lost, what do I do? I guess I'm wondering if they will do anything or would my entire spring break be completely ruined. Thanks!

I have a flight question????????
I'm flying Southwest Airlines, and I have a layover in Chicago on the way to Virginia. And a layover in Maryland on the way back. Now, I have 4 flights. From St. Louis to Chicago, Chicago to Virginia. Then on the way back, Virginia to Maryland, then Maryland back to St. Louis. Now, do I have to get all the boarding passes seperately, or do I have to get them seperately when they are available?
